Accounting Associate III

OBJECTIVE:

The Accounting Analyst is responsible to deliver and contribute for the Accounting entries, analyze the discrepancies in the documents, and certify that the statements are in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Responsible for the monthly and annual accounting closing;

· Analyze and assist in general accounting activities including preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of financial statements such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements

· Carry out analysis of variations of accounting balances month by month, deep analysis of the biggest variations

· Attendance and support to external audit

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / CPA .
• Work experience of +3 years in functions or activities related such as: accounting analysis, control of reports, account reconciliation;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal (is a must)
• Experience in SAP will be valued.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

Full-time, Monday - Friday. Standard hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
