ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct high-volume of virtual (online) oral swab drug testing sessions via Zoom video call with applicants and employees.
  • Escalate need for Medical Review Officer process when applicable.
  • Utilize HRIS tools to track data and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • May assist with other HR compliance tasks in support of high-volume, production recruiting.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or at least 3 CXC’s
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.  SAP experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow directions and quickly learn and execute standard processes.
  • 2 or more years of Administrative support, Human Resources, Customer Service, or other employee engagement experience.
