  • Own full recruitment cycle from interview, pre-employment screening background & drug test, to new hire day one.
  • Facilitate on-site drug test in results interpretation and recording.
  • Manage pipeline of candidates in ATS that may also include building pipeline through referrals and community interactions.
  • Monitor and leverage social media outlets to build pipelines, announce job positions, and build Global brand.
  • Attract talent with the use of networking, branding, and the art of selling.
  • Source applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates and extends offers letters
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
  • Consult with Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
  • Commit to and meet hiring needs in the organization.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • All other duties assigned.



  • Minimum High School Diploma/equivalent required
  • Prefers a minimum of 2 years full cycle recruiting/staffing agency experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with any ATS (SAP preferred)
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
  • Ability to work onsite in Anderson, IN



  • Salary US$15 per hour

This is a full-time position that will require weekend support and other flexibility based upon the needs of the business.


May require travel to community events, job fairs, etc. 0-15%
