Asoc. Analyst Talent Aqc

  • Own and drive full recruitment cycle, effectively moving candidates through the process in a timely manner
  • Proactively utilizes candidate pipeline in ATS to screen resumes, interview candidates and extend offer letters
  • Consult with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
  • Ensure all US-Domestic compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary



  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume/fast paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Adaptable and Flexible
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
