Senior Executive Recruiter (virtual/remote)

Reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition, the Senior Executive Recruiter is an individual contributor role. You will partner directly with the Executive Leadership Team, VPs of Operations, and other Corporate Support Function Leaders to identify key talent for Senior Manager and leveled above critical needs. You must know the BPO marketplace, understand its challenges and key performance indicators, and will be tasked with conveying Continuum’s story and selling the unique, entrepreneurial opportunities within. You must manage expectations, deliver marketplace intelligence, negotiate, drive exchange of commitment, maintain strict confidentiality, and work quickly when tasked. Volume will ebb and flow and you may need to mentor others or contribute to other difficult to fill positions globally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively build collaborative relationships with global company leadership to drive executive staffing efforts
  • Determine needed skills, behaviors, traits and attributes for open positions and update or author compelling job descriptions
  • Consult with Compensation team to exchange market data and understand job levels, salary bands, and bonus/incentive plans
  • Develop innovative sourcing initiatives and robust recruiting strategies to build solid pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates
  • Manage all assigned talent pools and candidate life-cycle processes (sourcing, screening, submittals, interviews, offers and onboarding) through text, phone, email communication, direct messaging and utilization of ATS (SAP preferred)


  • Ability to build rapport and maintain strong business relationships
  • Competence with handling and prioritizing multiple high-level priorities
  • Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
  • Agile and able to be well-organized


Experience Required

  • Minimum of 8 years of related headhunting experience for Executive levels (VP, SVP, C-suite) and corporate recruiting experience in various professional levels (Director, Senior Manager, Manager) and functions including IT, Procurement, Sales, Client Service Delivery, Customer Care, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Strategy, etc.
  • Proven ability to identify, attract and hire “best-in-class” executives
  • Prior experience working in a complex, fast-moving, quickly changing global services/outsourcing (BPO) environment strongly required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or similar ATS
  • Develop innovative sourcing initiatives to build solid pipelines using a variety of methods and tools including, LinkedIn and social media
  • Experience with direct sourcing and willingness to engage passive candidates
  • Familiarity with relevant industry job sites
  • Ability to hit the ground running


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


Compensation commensurate with experience, salary band $85,000-$115,000
