About the Role:

We are seeking a Technology Site-Level Support Supervisor to lead and manage IT operations at the site level. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient technology solutions, supervising technical staff, and maintaining high service standards for internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT solutions aligned with organizational goals and future requirements.
  • Organize and oversee departmental activities to meet operational and administrative technology needs.
  • Provide technology solutions for assigned campaigns and projects.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control all departmental operations.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure completion of tasks and achievement of goals.
  • Advise and support development, networking, and support teams in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Monitor and ensure proper application of the department’s authorized budget.
  • Prepare and submit required reports on departmental activities.
  • Manage microcomputer resources for specific operations to maintain and exceed agreed service levels.
  • Coordinate technical assistance and maintenance tasks based on established guidelines.
  • Administer and safeguard IT and technological assets.
  • Oversee incident management in systems, ensuring timely resolution based on criticality.
  • Provide technical advice and support to the work team.
  • Maintain accountability for all technological assets and equipment inventory.
  • Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all assigned assets.
  • Perform other technology-related duties as required by the company.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or technology supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and systems maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with incident management systems.
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management tools.
