Customer Service Representative (Boise, ID)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively listen to customers to understand concerns
  • Address technical issue with step by step troubleshooting 
  • Provide information about their current plans & products
  • Identify & position new solutions and services that align with their needs
  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone (gaming or 3.5mm plug-in headsets are not compatible)
  • 18+ years & high school diploma/GED
  • Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
  • Willing to train and work on-site at our office in Boise, ID
  • After Completion of Full-Time Training, Part-Time hours can be accommodated
