Do you have experience with supporting staffing or recruitment in entry-level positions?  If so, we are hiring a Recruiter to support high volume non-exempt agents for our call centers globally.  Position will be hybrid reporting on site in Boise 3 days a week and 2 days work at home.   • Own and drive full recruitment cycle, effectively moving candidates through the process in a timely manner as outlined below: 
    • Advertise on multiple platforms for lead generation.
    • Leads are automatically fed to ATS.
    • Automatic invite is sent to begin Pre-Screen and Assessment.
    • Successful completion of Assessment, candidate receives scheduling link for interview.
    • Recruiter and candidate conduct interview.
    • Candidate is rejected/extended conditional offer.
    • Candidate completes pre-employment background screenings as required.
    • Candidate is fully onboarded electronically meeting all legal requirements.
    • All Hiring documents are collected.
    • Candidate is cleared to start and scheduled for Day 1.
  • Ensure all US-Domestic compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary




  • Prefer 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume/fast paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • High School Diploma/equivalent required  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • Energetic
  • Good Time management skills, multitasker
  • Able to make critical decisions
  • Working under deadlines/high pressures
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ATS
