ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Contributes to departmental business plans and priorities by applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues in the Training Dept. 
  • Sets priorities for team to ensure task completion, coordinates work activities with the client and Site leadership.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
  • Daily meetings with the client, trainers, and other leadership.
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance and oversight from manager Primary Responsibilities:
  • May perform one or more of the following:
  • Supervises the operation of the organization's Training Dept.
  • Manage all Trainers for the LOB.
  • Oversees the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs
  • Coordinates program communications to employees • Develops training and related reward systems
  • Develops systematic approaches for assuring high quality services
  • Identifies the interface of key activities within and between the functions of the organization
  • All other duties as assigned the functions of the organization
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  

  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in the Training Dept.
  • Experience speaking with clients.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel
  • Flexible to work between 6AM-10PM EST.
  • Able to work onsite or remotely within Boise
