NOW HIRING Customer Service Associates to support incoming 311 calls from New York City residents. We are looking for English and Spanish/English Bilingual customer service professionals for evening and day shift openings.This is a full-time role, with full health and wellness benefits that start immediately after you complete  training. You must be willing to work on-site at the Brooklyn Army Terminal located at 140 58th Street Brooklyn, NY. We offer paid training, paid time off, and other exciting employer perks! Interested? UPCOMING TRAINING CLASSES: Thursday June 17th, and Friday July 9th


  • Evenings: 2PM-11PM - Rotates Weekly: 2-10PM, 3-11PM & 4-11PM (Training: 2-8PM)
  • Evenings: 5-11PM - Does Not Rotate (Training: 2-8PM)
  • Days: 7AM-6PM - Rotates Weekly: 7AM-3PM, 8AM-4PM, & 10AM-6PM (Training: 8AM - 2PM)
  • Days: 10AM-6PM - Does Not Rotate (Training: 8AM - 2PM)


  • Address incoming inquiries from NYC residents related to city-oriented issues
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with all customers and providing services with courtesy and patience
  • Creating work orders, dispatching work to specific departments, responding to routine questions, and taking and reporting complaints from the customer
  • Provide accurate information in a timely, professional and courteous manner
  • Direct requests to the appropriate department or agency for further action.
  • Overall strong knowledge of product through training, close counsel with floor support and interaction with quality assurance


  • A high school diploma or GED  
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • English & Spanish fluency (not required for all positions)
  • Commitment to professionalism and a positive customer service experience
  • High level of computer proficiency and strong communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work evenings or overnight shifts with weekend schedule availability


  • $15 - $17 hour + additional weekly bonus opportunity for attendance/performance
