We are hiring Temporary Trainers for our office in Cebu City who will facilitate face to face training programs that meet defined business requirements for our client in a call center learning environment onsite. This Temporary position will come with a skill premium and incentives which will have performance evaluated for consideration of a full-time Trainer position on this Telecom account. This position is built for growth and development. You must possess a positive personality with a desire to collaborate, motivate, coach, and invest time in new learners growth!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate in person classroom training
  • Create a positive learning environment and ensuring that all trainees receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching, and feedback to achieve the learning objectives
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results
  • Contribute to new training design and existing program enhancements
  • Assist in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids
  • Collaborate with client teams to determine needs for future training
  • Research and keep up with external training trends
  • Suggest ways to incorporate into current and future training assets
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced team members

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or higher required
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in call center as a Subject Matter Expert, Coach, Team Lead, or leadership position
  • Open and flexible schedule with in the hours of operation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Confident presentation skills and working with Technology, including PowerPoint
  • Ability to moderate supervision
  • Must be able to work on site in Cebu City
  • Proficient in MS Office, Webex, and Adobe Connect
