Customer Service Associate (Chat & Voice)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to telephone, email, or chat inquiries from customers, using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
  • Informs customers about available services and assesses customer needs
  • Prepares standard reports to track workload, response time, and quality of input
  • Position new products to all customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School graduate
  • 6+ months of BPO experience
  • Must have high speed internet to work from home (10MBps Download)
  • Should have excellent English communications skills
  • Must be willing to work US Hours (overnight shift) + holidays & weekends
  • Customer Focused Personality
