We are hiring Onboarding Recruiters who will work overnight out of our office in Cebu City, Philippines. These recruiters will be ready to jump into high-volume recruitment for the US. The Onboarding Recruiter will be responsible for working with a global team to onboard non-exempt positions in high-volume environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for receiving inbound and making outbound calls to new hires and guiding them in their onboarding
  • Manage daily schedule of onboarding up to 30+ new hires daily, numbers vary based on seasonal hiring
  • Build a rapport with candidates and provide them the best candidate experience with our organization as a brand ambassador
  • Effectively moving candidates in the ATS based on their status updates
  • Provide administrative support for the full-cycle hiring process
  • Assist the team with internal audits and data requests
  • Efficiently navigate and document through tracking systems/tools
  • Perform administrative duties such as document verification, ordering online background checks/drug screens, documenting new hire’s assignment
  • Ensure all US-Domestic compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Commit to and meet weekly hiring needs for the organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6 months of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment a plus, OR 1 year of relevant experience
  • Experience working with US clients a plus
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (SAP preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language, nearly native
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting goals
  • Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail
  • Exhibit professionalism
  • Must be able to work US hours – i.e. 9:30pm-6:30am Manila Time
  • Flexible to work extended hours including holidays and weekends, based on business need
  • Work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines
