We are hiring Project Based Recruiting Administration – Verifiers who will work out of our office in Cebu City, Philippines and be ready to jump into a fast-paced work environment handling a high-volume of administrative tasks for the US. This Verifier will be responsible for following the US process with new hire verifications. This is a position that will run for approximately 1-3 months depending on the completion of the project.



  • Conducts video calls with new hires to complete identification verification
  • Responsible for utilizing the Onboarding HRIS system to document each record and mark completion for verification
  • Upload supporting documents to the HRIS as needed
  • Utilize communication methods via email, Teams Video Calls, and phone
  • Manage calendar of pre-scheduled video verifications and remain on-time for each new hire
  • Follow predefined process to complete verification
  • Respond to new hires appropriately with all verification needs and updates
  • Set appropriate communication on next steps
  • Ensure all Global compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary



  • 6 months to 1 year of HR, Admin, or recruiting experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment a plus
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Experience working with US clients a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting targets
  • Exhibit professionalism
  • Must be able to work US hours – i.e.  between 9pm-8am Manila Time
  • Flexible to work extended hours including holidays and weekends, based on business need
  • Work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines
