Job Summary
We are hiring Talent Scouts who can identify and recruit talented people with Customer service/ BPO experience supporting the onsite recruitment team. This is a project-based position with the intention to move into full-time, based on performance with competitive pay and the opportunity for continuous growth. Position: This position requires one to work Onsite
Onsite Address: Lexmark Plaza 3, Cebu Business Park, Corner of Samar Loop, Cebu City, Philippines.
Role Reports into: Supervisor, Recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including social and print media.
- Identify and recommend talent with BPO experience/Customer Service experience
- Establish initial contact and engage with talented individuals in-person and online.
- Evaluate and assess the skills of potential candidates
- Liaise with potential candidates and lead them to the site to complete their assessments and interviews
- Networking and building relationships with potential and past talent and with professionals in the field
- Negotiating contracts for the recruiting delivery and compliance team
- Documenting processes and updating databases and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Assisting with branding the organization to potential candidates by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities.
- Should have a positive, professional and appropriate presentation for all in person, phone, print and social communication.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of screening submittals into interviews.
- Commit to meet weekly hiring needs for the organization.
- All other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred
- Prior work experience of 2 years as Onsite Headhunter (in house or an agency in a high-volume environment supporting hiring in Non IT roles
- Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional eye for talent and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent marketing and networking abilities.
- Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work long hours and on the weekends
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
