Training Coordinator

Description: 

The training coordinator is an important part of the hiring and education process within Continuum. The Training Coordinator works with Human Resources, Recruiting and Management to identify training requirements, institute training plans and scheduling, communicates with new hires, training managers, operational managers, and the content development team to identify training needs, system and equipment challenges. The Training Coordinator uses their skills to support the rest of the team to ensure all training functions, equipment, and new hires are working efficiently and to company standards.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Work on improving the recycles
  • Support Logistics as needed in tracking down terminated employees’ systems
  • Process tickets for equipment return labels and boxes
  • Follow-up of equipment return into Change Gear tickets
  • Equipment related:  provide guidance on next step
  • Keep a log of Change Gear tickets for equipment re-shipment, equipment issue resolution, etc. 
  • Close communication loop with recruiting for when reassignment is required (within 8 days).
  • Responsible to SAP record update; Do we need special permissions?  
  • Liaison with trainers, logistics, equipment, HR Data team, Recruiting, and BI.

 

 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Proven ability to probe for root issues
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer set up and diagnostic skills
  • Basic understand of HR processes and principles
  • Persistent and self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be bale to work onsite
