Customer Service Associate (Inbound Voice)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to telephone inquiries from customers using standard scripts and procedures
  • Gather information, research concerns, and provide resolution
  • Inform customers about available services and assesses customer needs
  • Prepare standard reports to track workload, response time and quality of input

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18+ Years Old & High School Graduate
  • Dominican ID (Cedula)
  • Customer Service Experience (Preferred)
  • Advanced English-Speaking Skills
  • Broadband Internet Access (at least 10 MBps)
  • Basic Computer Skills

WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed (No Satellite) 
  • Access to Your Router to Create a Wired, Ethernet Connection Router
  • Quiet, Secured Workspace
  • Must be willing to work in the Santo Domingo office after COVID
