Trainer/Instructor (Call Center)

  • Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Ensure that all team members receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives
  • Assemble and distribute course materials and teaching aids
  • Answer questions regarding training courses and schedules in a timely manner
  • Operate audio visual equipment and other technology during training programs
  • Maintain administrative records such as schedules and rosters, and communicate this information through computer systems, files, phone calls, or email inquiries
  • Identify and communicate errors, gaps or inaccuracies in the training materials
  • Works with vendors and other third-party sources to coordinate technical or professional training offerings
  • Act as a mentor and coach to team members


  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of training experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Outstanding presenter both in person and virtually
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • High level of computer and technical competency
  • Ability to work independently and finish tasks with minimal supervision


  • Competitive Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
