Job Title: Recruiter (Onsite Frostburg, Maryland)

OBJECTIVE

The recruiter position is temp to hire and located onsite in Frostburg, Maryland. Recruiting team member will complete full-cycle recruitment for the location and support national hiring in the organization as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Interview candidates via phone or in-person for multiple clients at the office location and during non-peak times interview candidates for our national work at home positions
  • Build a pipeline of candidates through referrals, community events/interactions, and job fairs.
  • Organize and manage requisition for the site providing real-time pipeline which may include extending offers, submitting/tracking background checks, and onboarding documents
  • Attract talent with the use of networking, branding, and the art of selling.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
  • Consult with Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
  • Commit to and meet hiring needs in the organization.
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met including in-person I9 verifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum High School Diploma/equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience working with any ATS (SAP preferred)
  • Motivated and persistent in meeting goals

This is a full-time position that will require extended shifts, weekend support and other flexibility based upon the needs of the business.
