Customer Care Coordinator (100% Remote)

We are hiring Customer Care Coordinators who will support incoming calls from customers who have questions about their health, wellness, and prescription plan/coverage. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Listen to Customers to Understand Their Needs
  • Provide Information About Their Insurance Coverage & Benefit Plans
  • Resolve Concerns to Simplify their Healthcare Experience
  • Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy

WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Speed Internet With At Least 10 MBps Download Speed (No Satellite) 
  • Access to Your Router to Create a Wired, Ethernet Connection Router
  • Must Live in One of These States: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY MS, NC, OK, NE, SC, TX, UT, VA, & WY  
  • Quiet, Secured Workspace
  • A USB Wired Headset with Noise Canceling Microphone
  • Personal Desktop or Laptop Computer (Preferred, But Not Required)    

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18+ Years & High School Diploma/GED
  • At Least 1 Year of Customer Service Experience
  • Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
  • Full-Time Schedule Availability (Evenings/Weekends Required)
