Customer Service Associate (Inbound)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze voice clippings to determine customer intent and cater the operational workflow in quickest possible response time
  • Enters caller queries/concerns by inputting alphabetic and numeric information
  • Initiate workflow in areas like payments, complaint, changes and cancellation
  • Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 18+ Years
  • Passed Higher Secondary Education
  • High level of English Proficiency – Written & Oral
  • Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
  • Willing to Work Weekends & US Operating Hours - Mostly Nights
  • Must Pass Computer Literacy & Typing Test
  • Clear Background Check
