  • Own and drive full recruitment cycle, effectively moving candidates through the process in a timeline manner
  • Proactively build candidate pipeline using a mix of recruitment media such as online job boards, social media, resume databases, networking, etc.
  • Monitor and leverage social media outlets to build pipelines, announce job positions, and build Global brand
  • Develop market intelligence through sourcing outlets, organizations, and networking
  • Amend and post job descriptions; sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates extends and negotiates offers letters
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
  • Consult with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met


  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates and employees regardless of hierarchy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

This job operates in a professional office environment onsite or remotely. This job may require temporary work from home with the understanding that this position may migrate to an office environment with or without notice. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax, printers to complete assigned tasks.


This is a full-time position. This position requires flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly and may include working extended hours.
