Job Summary

We are hiring a Recruiting Supervisor for our Indore office who will lead a team of volume hiring recruiters onsite for India and support other regions Continuum has presence in. The Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating the team to meet targets that push for growth within the organization. Position: This position requires one to work Onsite

Onsite Address: 3F, Brilliant Platina, Plot No.8, Sch. No.78, Indore, India, Madhya Pradesh. 

Role Reports into: Director Talent Acquisition  

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Supervise and coach a team of volume recruiters to meet client needs.
  • Track team performance, recruitment KPIs and lead all ongoing team engagement activities that help ensure job satisfaction and workforce productivity.
  • Continuously update, design, and improve recruiting procedures (i.e. job application, interviewing, onboarding, etc)
  • Ensure all compliance with the hiring and company policy for internal and external hires, verified through audits, assessments, and customer feedback.
  • Utilize strong sources and create strategies that will attract the right talent.
  • Participate in career events, job fairs, and activities outside of the office to promote the organization when required.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR, professionals, education institutions, and other partners when required.
  • Cultivate a strong working relationship with internal departments and have effective/open communication regarding challenges or shortfalls.
  • Recommend and partner with all departments on ways to improve employer brand.
  • Stay up to date on statutory compliance and inform recruiters and hiring managers about changes as required.
  • Serve as SME on recruitment process and systems.
  • Recruits for support roles and volume hiring as needed.
  • Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the recruiting leadership, such as serving on process improvement, coordinating small-scope short-term projects, supporting APAC support hiring, etc.
  • All other duties assigned.

 

Additional Requirements: Job Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in recruitment/human resources in a fast-paced BPO environment
  • Excellent English comprehension skills, Communication (Verbal and Written) skills, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent.
  • Ability to work on multiple hiring goals simultaneously.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Data-driven & analytical mindset
  • Work with integrity, maintain high-level confidentiality, excellent attention to detail and exhibit professionalism.
  • Independent with proven ability to flex style to be both strategic and hands-on when required.
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management System (CMS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS) would be good. (SAP Preferred)
  • Experience in handling the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).
