This is what your daily work looks like

  • Recruitment of call center employees to ensure the best possible implementation of the respective personnel requirements.
  • Direct approach of applicants, organization of telephone interviews, one-on-one interviews and applicant rounds.
  • Support in the planning and creation of job and image advertisements as well as measures for employee recruitment
  • As an open-minded communication talent, you are part of our HR team and ensure smooth and speedy recruiting processes Responsibility and maintenance of applicant data.
  • Close cooperation with site management and project managers

  • Onboarding of new employees in SAP


What we expect from you

  • Successfully completed training or studies
  • At least one year of professional experience in recruitment and personnel selection (ideally at a recruitment company or in a call center)
  • Very high level of initiative, empathy, and a structured and success-oriented way of working
  • Strong team, communication and contact skills in German and English for Near Shore European Languages recruitment.
  • Experienced PC skills in dealing with the MS Office package.
  • Very good German & English skills, spoken and written.
