Recruitment Marketing Manager


The Recruitment Marketing Manager plays a vital role in attracting the high volume of candidates that Continuum hires and trains each year.  He/she/they are the programmatic advertising subject matter expert tasked to drive the content, strategy, and spend of budget to ensure engagement of the right audience.  Reporting to the VP Global Talent Acquisition, and in partnership with the global recruiting team, you are responsible for continuous process improvement to deliver a speedy and positive candidate application, interview, and hiring experience.  You will wear many hats- Social media strategist, Content strategist, Digital marketer, Brand champion, and Recruitment marketing integrator.


This key position requires strong data gathering, analysis, and reporting skills, the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change, tenacity to work under pressure and scrutiny, impeccable problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills, and patience to help less technically savvy team members learn and grow.  Experience with programmatic platforms (Symphony Talent/Smashfly or similar) is a must and knowledge of global job boards, search engines, and best practices strongly desired (APAC, EMEA, LATAM & Caribbean).


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to attract high-quality applicants for high-volume Customer Service Representatives, both for remote and brick & mortar omni-channel contact centers globally
  • In partnership with programmatic advertising vendor/partner, assist with tracking and measurement of all campaigns, including managing post-campaign analysis to report KPIs, ROI, and effectiveness – prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee budget, understand key metrics and data that drive future tactics, and measure, analyze, report, and make strategic recommendations on all spend to maximize cost effectiveness
  • CRM - managing and optimizing SAP applicant tracking system capability in collaboration with recruiters, business, and technology teams
  • Campaign Management – assist to optimize performance of recruitment marketing channels with (Emails, LinkedIn, Indeed, & social media) to improve candidate quality and time to fill. Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
  • Work with stakeholders from across the business and marketing colleagues to drive candidate engagement and recruitment
  • Work cross-functionally with departments to gain assets, approvals and content needed
  • Contribute content to company’s career site and suggest improvements
  • Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience
  • Communicate regularly with Operations and HR departments to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Research marketing and advertising trends in the customer care industry


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Five or more years of previous work experience as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, additional experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources desired, specifically understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and candidate selection methods ideal
  • SAP SuccessFactors ATS experience
  • Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company experience desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, HR, or similar relevant business communications field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of social, digital, and traditional media concepts, terminology, media math, and media plan execution
  • Global media experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
