OBJECTIVE
Works on teams responsible for designing, organizing and/or delivering training programs that meet defined business requirements for our clients.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and feedback to achieve the learning objectives
* Monitors the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results
* Contributes to new training design and existing program enhancements
* Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids
* Collaborates with client teams to determine needs for future training
* Research and keep up with external training trends. Suggest ways to incorporate into current and future training assets
* Acts as a mentor to less experienced team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of training experience
