ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Proactively utilizes candidate pipeline in ATS to screen resumes, interview candidates and extend offer letters
  • Responsible for conducting scheduled phone interviews per day while using time effectively for applicant reviews
  • Effectively move candidates through the interview process to offer
  • Calibrate with leadership on client candidate profile to identify and select candidates  
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Build rapport with candidates and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, social media
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume/fast paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (SAP preferred)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment onsite or remotely. This job may require temporary work from home with the understanding that this position may migrate to an office environment with or without notice. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax, printers to complete assigned tasks.

 

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. This position requires flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly and may include working extended hours including holidays and weekends, if needed.
