Associate III, IT Ops (Contractual)

We are hiring for IT Global Service Desk positions in Mandaluyong. In this role, you will provide services to the enterprise and ensure they are delivered to meet business needs and expectations. Triage service requests, ensures proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all priority incidents. Proactively monitors the network health status via SolarWinds, telephony status via Prognosis, manages Incident Notifications, escalations and prepares post incident analysis. Interested? RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and triages service requests and incidents effectively by understanding customer needs and meeting service level requirements
  • Communicates company and client-initiated changes to various stakeholders
  • Documents incidents and resolutions within the call tracking application and provides updates to the knowledgebase where applicable
  • Sends BCP alerts based on impacted sites and locations
  • Creates, modify, and deactivates user accounts in Active Directory based on policies
  • Configures and installs software for end-users’ desktops and laptops remotely or over the phone

REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS

  • Minimum 6 months of previous IT Service Desk Experience or 1 year Technical support experience
  • Knowledge in O365 and Share Point administration
  • Knowledge in Linux and Windows OS platform
  • Good understanding and ability to handle Service requests, Incident, Change, and Problem management
  • Good communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts

OTHER POSITION CONSIDERATIONS

  • Must be able to work on shifting schedules, holidays, weekends and extended hours based on business needs
  • This is a work on-site role
