REPORTS TO:         Supervisor or Manager, Network Services  


Provides support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment to ensure optimal end-user computing performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (locally, remotely, by telephone, or via email) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.  



  • Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, recommend and implement corrective solutions. 

  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot company’s issued devices, network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products to deliver required desktop service levels. 

  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations. 

  • Conduct new hire technical readiness sessions. 

  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for meeting future hardware and organizational hardware needs. 

  • Assists in supporting network servers and associated systems. 

  • Assists with the administration’s change and maintenance of telephony systems, such as provisioning handsets, setting up extensions, supporting user requests. 

  • Updates and maintains end-user computing documentation and instructions. 

  • Knowledgeable and aware of IT best practices in line with its Global Process and Standards 

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science. 

Requires 3-5 years of related experience. 



  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working with Active Directory and VDI. 

  • Minimum 1+ year experience with various VDI environment tools (i.e. Citrix, VMWare, Azure) 

  • Minimum 2 years Avaya/Soft phone experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge to resolve complex issues. 

  • Excellent communication skills-written and oral. 

  • IT Certification is a plus (i.e. MCSA, ITIL, Azure, Office 365) 

  • Ability to work onsite and flexibility to work extended hours including weekends 



This job operates in a professional & organized office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.

This is a full-time position with 5 days a week duty, Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, mostly working and supporting North America region. 

  • Shift may vary according to the client operational business demand & could possibly change.  

  • North America region business Hours – 12/5 Operation for this specific role.
