ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

Reports and Analysis

  • Prepares HR data and reports including but not limited to attrition, retention, manpower list, and the like as required by Operations and the Management.
  • Analyzes and presents HR data to stakeholders.

 

Business Partnering

  • Provides business solutions to stakeholders primarily to Operations and Support Functions.
  • Acts as HR consultant and works closely with Operations to formulate HR business solutions.
  • Provides HR support to line management.
  • Acts as Point-of-Contact (POC) to stakeholders and people managers to facilitate HR transactions.
  • Plans HR strategies for all HR-related transactions.

 

Benefits

  • Reviews company benefits structure including HMO and GLI and works alongside insurers for annual contract renewal and open enrollment.
  • Handles company and government benefits such as SSS Maternity, SSS Sickness, and government loans.

 

Compensation

  • Works closely with Compensation division for compensation analysis such as pay parity.
  • Handles personnel movement such as promotion, salary increase, movements and the like.

 

Employee Discipline

  • Reviews employee discipline ensuring compliance with the applicable local labor law.
  • Prepares and assesses disciplinary notices and chairs disciplinary hearings.
  • Facilitates performance management including monitoring of Performance Improvement Plan, and probationary assessment.

 

Employee Lifecycle

  • Develops HR strategies to ensure ease of operations for any HR-related transactions.
  • Handles end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • Works with Recruitment and onboarding partners to improve employee induction process.

 

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Reviews HR policies and procedures and executes change management.
  • Works closely with Engagement committee to formulate strategic plans to improve engagement.
  • Any responsibilities or tasks that the management finds necessary to complete HR-related transactions.
