Business Intelligence Analyst-100% Remote

We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible, organized, and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst (100% remote) to join our growing team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Adheres to the established processes and requirements management methodology and practices, while carrying out their responsibilities. This includes meeting established quality standards.
  • Develops business relationships with internal customers.
  • Understands relationship between specialism and wider customer/ organizational requirements.
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
  • Assists in the analysis of the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems and identifies available options for consideration.
  • Works with colleagues and clients/users to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
  • Documents all work using the required standards, methods and tools.
  • May takes part in client/users meetings and presents issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
  • Assists in defining, planning and justifying (in business terms) projects to develop/implement Business Intelligence solutions.
  • All other duties assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Minimum Bachelors in Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years BPO experience working in a Data/Customer Analytics role.
  • Advanced knowledge with Visual Basic/Microsoft stack (SSRS, PowerBI).
  • LSS Yellow Belt preferred
  • Professional experience with BI tools, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics.
  • Great customer service and interfacing with customers is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible to change and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
