Data Science Analyst 100% REMOTE

Continuum is seeking to hire a Data Science Analyst with 3-5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models with the BPO environment.   • Automate reports, dashboards, and other performance tools.
  • Mine data (collect, transform, cleanse and analyze) from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies and services.
  • Provide valuable business analytics and insights out of data samples thru hypothesis testing.
  • Utilize different databases, connections and 3rd party data sets to enhance analytics scope.
  • Build data visualizations in PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, etc.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
  • Build AI/machine learning tools to optimize analytics and processes within the company.
  • Apply statistical methods and building machine learning algorithms (such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests).
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge on data science trends, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Score key attributes used in deep statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Serve as lead in defining project methodologies and approach.



  • Master’s Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years BPO experience working in a Data/Customer Analytics role.
  • Proven success in using data-driven analysis to assess opportunities and drive results.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills to manipulate large volumes of data quickly.
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and gain insights from large amount of data.
  • Experienced in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, etc
  • Linux system administrator experience preferred.
  • Innovative, problem solver focused on improving and streamlining processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time, adapt quickly and effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence cross-function across diverse business groups and levels.
