As a Soft Skills Trainer, you are expected to:


  • Work with training leadership and clients in planning, designing, and testing Training curricula and agendas to meet the needs of the business before launch.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions with the rest of the training team in any newly designed training curriculum.
  • Facilitate language and soft skills training for existing staff members and newly onboarded employees.
  • Collaborate with Nesting and Operations teams in evaluating the success of any training activities and interventions.
  • Work with Operations in evaluating performances and identifying training-needs based on language and communications defects.
  • Ensure regular progress reports are shared to key stakeholders and clients on projects.
  • Have exceptional communications and presentations skills, strong emotional intelligence and accountability, and experience in an array of varied industries.
