Human Resources Associate Analyst - Temporary

Assist with HR position management by creating or updating job position to ensure accuracy which includes Organizational chart data management

Communicate/Liaison with respective team to obtain required information from Timekeeping, Recruiting, Compensation, HR IT and Benefits.

Assist with New Hire Onboarding

Perform Audits based on requirements defined by department manager
-
Understand the business and the needs of the business to provide accurate data/reports.

Keep abreast of current projects, changes and issues that may affect HRIS System.

Meet deadlines as assigned by management
-
Ensure data integrity and identify current and potential future issues
-
Performs all other duties assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field
-
Prior experience or knowledge of HRIS would be an asset
-
Great attention to detail
-
Ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
-
Proactive and eager to learn.

Excellent time management and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Works within a team setting as well as independently, under minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills - written and oral

Good data entry and typing skills
