Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle by effectively moving applicants through the process, in a timeline manner
  • Develop candidate pipelines using a mix of recruitment media such as online job boards, social media, resume databases, networking, etc.
  • Utilize market intelligence to proactively identify potential recruitment challenges and present solutions
  • Customize and post job descriptions tailored to the unique needs of each role with a focus on attracting the most qualified candidates
  • Sources applicants from various resume databases, social platforms, and the applicant tracking system
  • Extend offers, negotiate pay rates, and create offer letters
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to develop & establish recruiting strategies to support multiple business units/departments or jobs
  • Consult with hiring managers in identifying and recommending selected candidates for hire
  • Ensure all compliance and regulatory guidelines are met



  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume/fast paced environment (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Due to COVID, this role is currently operating remotely, but you must be willing to work in the Montego Bay office once the team returns. You will have the flexibility to work from home, as needed.


POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. This position requires flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly and may include working extended hours including holidays and weekends, if needed.
