We are hiring Recruiter’s with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience, from talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring great employees to the organization supporting the onshore recruitment team. RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Sourcing: Use effective sourcing strategies such as Portals – Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Internet Sourcing, Networking, Cold Calls and Direct Mailing
- Screening: Conduct screening calls, Assessments, and schedule in person/virtual interviews. Check candidates work history, competency, and other qualifications.
- Scheduling: Plan interview and selection procedures. Contact candidates and confirm interview schedules.
- Interviewing: Interviews through simulation, behavioral assessment, conversational interviews
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salary/wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates to extend an offer of employment, and document activities in the appropriate database.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of screening submittals into interviews.
- Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high-volume basis.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are (Monday through Friday, Mid Shift/Night Shift)
- Ability to support multiple time zones as needed (being a part of the global team)
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred
- Prior work experience of 6 months – 2 years as a Recruiter (either in house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter high volume) supporting US hiring in IT/Non IT roles
- Experience of conducting different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress, conversational)
- Experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing)
- Experience in US recruitment processes will be an added advantage (US recruitment, worked on W2 Tax term, C2C requirements)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management System (CMS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS) would be good. (SAP Preferred)
- Excellent comprehension skills, Communication (Verbal and Written) skills, Negotiation skills and Presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including telephone etiquette.
- Preferred Experience in customer facing role, strong decision making skills
- Proficient in Computer skills
- To have a good eye for detail and exceptional level of accuracy
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
