Recruiting Associate (Talent Acquistion)

  • Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
  • Guide new hires through the online onboarding process and assist them with application completion and document review/authorization,
  • Perform administrative duties such as document verification, ordering online background checks, and assisting with virtual testing
  • Extend offers post final interview, communicate onboarding process, document candidate information in ATS/Tracking
  • Provide administrative support of the full-cycle hiring process
  • Assist the team with internal audits and data requests
  • Conduct pre-employment checks including facilitating drug screen and the background check process
  • Follow instructions regarding document verification and review process, ability to maintain compliance with company guidelines.
  • All other duties and responsibilities assigned


  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining detail-oriented
  • Proactive, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel, experience with applicant tracking systems (SAP a plus).
  • Works within a team setting as well as independently, under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and oral
  • Good data entry and typing skills
