Associate II, Talent Acquisition (Temporary Remote Philippines Only)

  • Proactively utilizes candidate pipeline in ATS to review candidate screening and complete interviews that may require you to make the hiring decision or send up to the hiring manager
  • Responsible for conducting a minimum of 24 scheduled phone interviews per day while using time effectively for applicant reviews
  • Effectively move candidates through the interview process to offer
  • Calibrate with leadership on client candidate profile to identify and select candidates  
  • Ensure all US-Domestic compliance and regulatory guidelines are met
  • Build rapport with candidates and maintain strong business relationships using telephone, email, text, and social media
  • Performs other duties as assigned or necessary



  • 1 year of Entry-level recruiting experience (BPO experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1 additional year of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with candidates, colleagues, and hiring managers
  • Tenacity and ability to drive urgency and hold others accountable in the hiring process
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience with applicant tracking system a plus (SAP preferred)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a professional office environment onsite or remotely. This job may require working onsite in Mandaluyong or Cebu in the event that one is unable to perform job duties successfully while working at home. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, fax, and printers to complete assigned tasks.


POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position working US-based hours between 9am-6pm Eastern time zone. This position requires flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly and may include working extended hours including holidays and weekends if needed.
