ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for analyzing stakeholder requirements and the analysis of information/data.
  • Manages projects if required. Provides input to improve overall efficiency and processes.
  • Create and modify SSRS and PowerBI reports and provide support for existing reports.
  • Design, build, and deploy effective data pipelines using primarily UiPath and Talend.
  • Perform requirements analysis, schema design, database object creation, testing, and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
  • Develop and manage forecasting and ‘what-if’ models.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Data Technical Leads, and other BI developers to establish, implement, and support solutions to support supported scope.
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports as needed using tools like Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Develop queries and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) databases.
  • Ensure the best practices for performance and quality are implemented and followed.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • A post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Accounting or related subjects, is preferred.
  • At least 5+ years SQL experience
  • At least 2+ years of Microsoft Analysis Services experience
  • Strong understanding of Database Relational Models and ETL
  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Professional experience with BI tools, Data Pipeline/ETL tools, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics.
  • Background in a Contact Center environment would be an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible to change and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We respond quickly to client data needs to support our operations teams, but we do so by ensuring quality
