OBJECTIVE
Performs administrative tasks for teams responsible for the development and administration of staffing/employment/recruiting programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assists with pre-screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interview
- Compiles New Hires Documentation/ HR File
- Daily Follow up and communication
- Prepares recurring reports and presentations as required
- Arranges travel for select applicants as required
- Assists Recruiting Team with job fairs and college recruiting events
- Supports employee engagement activities
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- DR labor laws & regulations knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience in Call Center Industry desired

- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Word)
- Able to work with moderate supervision
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excel proficiency is mandatory

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
