The Recruiting Manager plays a vital role in coaching and supporting their recruiters to meet the high volume of candidates that Continuum hires and trains each year. He/she/they are the expert in hiring trends based on recruiter performance to meet targeted goals consistently and ensure that the recruiters receive regular communication on new strategies that will help us succeed in this competitive market. Reporting to Sr. Global Talent Management, and in partnership with the global recruiting team, you are responsible for continuous process improvement to deliver a speedy and positive candidate experience. You will wear many hats- Compliance specialist, ATS expert, Coach of recruiters, and Vendor Manager.
This key position requires strong data gathering, analysis, and reporting skills, the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change, tenacity to work under pressure and scrutiny, impeccable problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills, and patience to help less technically savvy team members learn and grow. Experience with creating and understanding workflows in the recruiting process from advertising to hire within the applicant tracking systems (SAP or similar) is a must. As Continuum continues to grow and win new business, it is extremely important to understand and improve our automation in the hiring process without compromising the candidate experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute recruitment strategies to meet client hiring demands of high-quality applicants for high-volume Customer Service Representatives, both for remote and brick & mortar omni-channel contact centers globally
- Create and support strategies that will align to hiring best fit for all call center roles globally
- Understand client needs to identify where to source the potential candidates and use recruitment tools effectively to make the right hiring decision
- Coach team members effectiveness and productivity to maintaining quality hires standards
- Responsible for development of lead team members
- Actively monitor candidate pipeline to align with hiring goals amongst all clients and new business
- Identify gaps and process improvement to optimize ATS in collaboration with recruiting managers, recruitment marketing, business, and technology teams
- Audit recruiting process flows to ensure alignment across the organization’s needs and requirements
- Partner with Operations and Marketing colleagues to drive candidate engagement and recruitment
- Communicate regularly with Operations and Workforce Management to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
- Communicate with key stakeholders on areas of opportunity, successes, and gaps in the process
- Develop business strategies by acquiring competitive market information, current hiring trends, new technologies, and consult with hiring managers and leadership teams to present different ideas
- Maintain 100% compliance with all regulations and laws
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience within Talent Acquisition, managing a team of 10-15 full life cycle recruiters, specifically with an understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and candidate selection methods is ideal
- ATS experience – preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company/call center experience desired
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and dynamic environment while efficiently managing people, multiple responsibilities, and projects simultaneously
- Efficient time management
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
